Philly Cheesesteak Subs
Philly Cheesesteak Subs are the perfect poolside sandwich! They are easy to make ahead in a crockpot or on the stove top for a quick meal as well. We always cook our peppers and onions separated like you see in the picture below because I’m not a pepper fan. However, you can mix them together to make the more traditional Philly Cheesesteak Subs.
One package of tenderized beef
One can beef broth
One large onion
One Green pepper
Pepperjack Cheese Slices
Place your beef in the pan and pour your beef broth on top of it. Use garlic powder as well as onion powder to season the mixture. Then add in salt and pepper and cook until your meat is tender. Then add in your onions and peppers and cook those until tender. Then assemble sandwiches and carry to the poolside party!!
